Brian Broadwater, Executive Chef
Chef Brian Broadwater, a talented culinary professional from Akron, Ohio, has built a remarkable career driven by his passion for food, artistry, and diverse culinary experiences. A graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh’s culinary program, Brian honed his craft in some of the most prestigious kitchens across the country. Early in his career, he had the privilege of cooking in a James Beard Award-winning kitchen alongside renowned chef Michael Symon, an experience that significantly shaped his culinary approach. Chef Broadwater's career journey has taken him to vibrant food scenes, from the tropical flavors of Hawaii to the dynamic culinary cultures of San Diego, Myrtle Beach, and Las Vegas, each destination enriching his techniques and knowledge of regional flavors.
